This is all then checked by members of the team who have previously worked for and with Local Authorities. This experience enables us to ensure compliance with building regulations and legislation to obtain successful planning applications.

High Spec Solutions LTD specialise in New Builds and we are contractors for a variety of major well-known house builders throughout the South East & Midlands. Our Surveying Department price from bills of quantities or from drawings.

We hold Health and Safety Accreditations with CHAS, SMAS and CQMS and hold Employer’s Liability Insurance to the amount of £10,000,000 and Public Liability Insurance to the amount of £5,000,000.

Our workforce all hold CSCS cards and their own Public Liability Insurance.

We are specialists in airless spraying and conventional spraying finishes and have IPAF trained operatives to cover all aspects of interior and exterior finishes.
